Unfortunately, WhatTheFont has several drawbacks:

Although the database of the service contains a huge number of fonts, it is not able to determine some exotic ones.
The service does not detect Cyrillic fonts. However, this shortcoming is rather conditional, because there is not a single service for determining the font from an image on the Internet that would work with Cyrillic fonts. Unfortunately…
