This is a completely new mod made specifically for SSE.

It's like Breezehome TNF on steroids. On a bunch of steroids...

The house has display cases for most of the unique items in the game,

Buy a house. Go inside. Then return to Avenicci and buy the nursery.
If you don't do it this way, there will be an invisible wall in the armory.
It's not something the author can fix, it's the game engine.

Some Skyrim cells are registered in saves.
As a result, you may end up with unexpected problems if you do not heed this advice.

To lock the door of the house with a key, simply click on “Key to the House of Warm Winds” in your inventory. It will indicate that you cannot equip this item, but this will close the door to the house. On the dining table you will find two additional keys - one for Lydia's room, the other for the armory. They operate in exactly the same way - when you click in the inventory, they lock/unlock Lydia’s room or the arsenal, respectively.
Now you don't have to worry about kids playing with Magnus' staff or summoning Daedra while you're away.

Breezheim House will appear near the Whiterun Stables.

Even though the name says "updated", this is not entirely true. The mod will move the old "House of Warm Winds" behind the cemetery:

And in its place a new one is installed:

Those. you get one additional house by keeping the old one. It is very difficult to list all the delights of a new home, and even more difficult to describe, because... you need to see them! In addition to the standard set (desks, library, cabinets), it also contains mannequins that can dress themselves, and which can be turned off altogether; and weapon racks that automatically fill with the weapons you specify and much, much more.

How to install?
1. If you have the previous version, then take all your stuff, go to the “Drunken Hunter” and save;
2. Remove the old version of the mod, launch the game and save again;
3. Copy the files from the archive to the game folder, and connect them in your client after launching Skurim:

They add a very beautiful grotto for the new house, as well as a very interesting, but short task to get this house. Please note that if the files are included, then you will not get into the new house, regardless of whether you bought the old one or not, you will have to complete the task:

Delete the corresponding archive files from the corresponding game folder.

Notes:
1. To understand how everything works, read the books inside the mod. There are a lot of them, but the possibilities at home are wow!
2. I will live in this house. Therefore, to avoid the excruciating pain of losing things acquired through back-breaking labor, the mod was tested inside and out, including a complete reinstallation of Skurim.

I present to you another mod for a complete rework of the “House of Warm Winds” in Whiterun. Just by the very situation near the house and inside it, you can feel that the mod was made by a representative of the fairer sex.

Near the house there is a small vegetable garden, a pen for chickens and a veranda, and the house itself is warm and cozy, since it has almost everything you need for life and everyday activities, as well as such extremely rare things for these replayers as: a toilet and shower. Water is released into them (and in the kitchen too) using Dwemer valves. The lights in the house can be turned on and off. Fireplaces can also be lit and extinguished. For relaxation after battles and hikes, the house has a “game room” where you can play such “modern” things as bowling, billiards and a slot machine like the “One-Armed Bandit”, where you can win gold bars. There is also the opportunity to practice archery at moving targets.

Some floors can be reached by simple stairs, while others can be reached using teleporters. In the basement of the house, under the rug, you can find a secret hatch into an underground passage that will lead you to a huge and picturesque cave located under Whiterun, in which trees and flowers grow in an incredible way. In case you need to leave your home without anyone noticing you, there is a second exit from the cave, through which you get behind the southern wall of Whiterun (the grate with a drain).

In general: if you are used to it and want to live a luxurious life, then this mod is for you!

How to get a house key?

To get the house key, you must complete a small quest. Read the magazine on the chest in the bedroom of the “original” house, take the pickaxe and... take a short journey “in the footsteps” of a certain Remo, the builder and former owner of the “House of Warm Winds”...

Installation:unpack the files, drop them into the Data folder of your game and activate the mod in the Launcher.
