Simple buttons and indicators make using the Motorola GM340 radio easy and straightforward, requiring minimal training. The GM340 radio station (walkie-talkie) provides data transmission, which allows it to be adapted to the requirements of the organization. The functions of the radio station can be expanded by installing additional function cards from other suppliers, for example, cards with a voice recorder function, which allows you to avoid losing important messages when the subscriber is not in the car.

The GM340 radio can control the car's external beacon when a call comes in. Calls can be sent to another user when they are not in the vehicle. The emergency alarm function allows you to send a help signal to a predetermined person or group of people. This signal may contain a pre-recorded voice message, allowing the employee who received it to immediately determine the location / condition of the victim. The radio goes into emergency mode if the user does not respond to the periodic control request.

For the GM340 radio station, a whole range of original Motorola accessories has been developed, such as: microphones, speakers, external PTTs, accessory kits for installing the radio station in cars, as well as for stationary mounting.

For ease of installation, all Motorola professional GM-series car radios can be divided into two components: a transceiver and a front panel. In this case, a special kit is used to separate the radio station.

Motorola GM340 car radio MDM25RHC9AN1AE

Motorola MDM25RHC9AN1AE GM340 403-470MHZ 1-25W SEL5- professional car-stationary UHF radio with Select-V signaling support. The GM-340 walkie-talkie has the widest range of features to ensure convenient and safe use under any conditions. One of these is the ability to specifically connect the GM-340 to the car's electronics system, which will signal incoming calls by flashing the car's headlights or beeping the vehicle's horn. This will allow you not to miss an incoming call to the Motorola GM 340 radio station, even if the subscriber has left the car. If the absence of the user in the transport is caused by force majeure, the GM-340 car radio has the ability to set up an emergency alarm if the called employee did not answer the last incoming call.

Among other things, this radio station supports a number of additionally installed modules to expand its functionality. These include encryption boards, boards for trunking systems, a voice message recording and storage module that can also be used to broadcast a pre-recorded alarm message, and much more.

One of the defining motives for buying this unit for many was that the Motorola GM340 radio is very easy to use. A small number of control buttons and a simple indication of the status of the station eliminate all the most common user errors. All this makes the GM340 radio not only reliable, but also a very convenient device for creating or expanding the fleet of radio devices.
