1. After downloading and installing the utility, prepare the device. First of all, you need to enable "Developer Mode". You can do this in the following way - go to "Settings"—"About Device" and 7-10 times tap on the item "build number".
   
   Please note that the options for enabling developer mode may vary depending on the manufacturer, device model and installed version OS.
2. After such manipulation, the item should appear in the general settings menu. "For developers" or "Developer Options".
   
   When you enter this item, check the box next to "USB Debugging".
