    I am not writing here in the hope that something will change - our operators are impenetrable, if they make a decision, they will not change anything. Just an example of how we are slowly being deprived of good things for the sake of profit.

    One of the leading Russian operators cellular communication MTS has long launched a bonus program for its customers. Its participants received a certain number of points with each replenishment of the account, which could be written off for the purchase of additional services.
