Does Beeline hide the services for which he withdraws money?

I don’t know if this is an oversight by the site developers, or Beeline’s malicious intent, but for some reason not all connected paid services may be displayed in this list. In order to understand if there are any in your case, you need to properly look at the "details of communication services": have you been charged for any unknown services.

We go to the "Financial Information" section (at the very top of the site, in the same place as the "Profile" section). In the item "Detailed communication services" select "for the last month" and click the button "Online detailing". After that, a list of your expenses and credits to the account will appear, in which it will be detailed: when and for what service the money was withdrawn from you.

In this list, I found one paid service (not counting "Mobile Internet"), which was not even displayed in the list of connected services. But the money was regularly withdrawn from my account for several months, and maybe years (unfortunately, you can trace the history only for the last half a year). There was a “Write-off for the Hello service” - this is such a service when a melody sounds instead of a beep.

And now the most interesting thing: I did not activate the service, I did not hear any melody instead of beeps. And moreover I already faced a similar case about two years ago. At that time, the deducted money was returned to me, a little more than a thousand rubles. An SMS came with the words something like: "Refund for services not rendered." They apologized and said it was a technical error. Well, I thought, anything can happen, the main thing is that the money was returned. 🙂 And here again the same thing is repeated! I don't think it's a coincidence anymore. Beeline stealing money?

Also, from the screenshot you can see that I was often charged for the Internet, and I don’t use the Internet from my phone at all! Later, when I called the Beeline help desk, they told me: “You probably have a smartphone and it goes online on its own, updating its applications.” Well, God bless him, perhaps this is really my omission. But somehow a lot, in my opinion, was filmed about 15 rubles. in a day!

It turns out that, on average, my phone went online about 10 times a day, and for some reason, a strictly fixed amount of 1.46 rubles was charged for each such entry. Probably all the updates have been the same size for several months. 😉 Well, okay... let's sum it up, it turns out that on average I have withdrawn about 20 rubles a day lately, after changing the "package" tariff plan. Not bad! And I think, where did my money go? 🙂

Why make it harder to turn off hidden paid services

It will be possible to disable services that are not visible in the main list of services only by calling the support service at 0611. Those who have ever encountered Beeline technical support now must have trembled nervously. 😉 And not without reason! Sometimes it is very difficult to get through this labyrinth of automatic menus to a live operator. Going to it is not so bad, then you have to wait until they answer you: listen to some Schubert's 5th symphony.

And lo and behold! They answered me: “Yes, indeed, you were charged for this service, but the service itself was not provided. This service was disabled in 2010. To which I asked (as I did two years ago) to turn off services that I do not need and return the debited money.

Disable through the operator only those services that you do not see in the list of connected services in your personal account and, accordingly, cannot disable them yourself, otherwise you will be charged 45 rubles. for each disabled service by a Beeline employee.

They promised me to deal with this issue within five days. We are waiting ..... Today is the second day of silence, they continue to withdraw money from me for a service not rendered. I will definitely add to this article later, how it ended.

Just some miracles! Mistake? But something such "mistakes" do not occur in favor of subscribers. Anyone ever mistakenly forgot to write off money for a conversation?!
